Debbie Hope possesses over 25 years of experience in Pensions Administration, currently serving as Operations Manager and Team Leader at Barnett Waddingham since August 2018. Prior to this role, Debbie worked as a Senior Business Analyst in Pensions while also being a qualified counsellor and coach at HS Admin & Qualified Counsellor and Coach from April 2000 to April 2018. Additional experience includes a position as a Family Support Worker at Footsteps from October 2015 to October 2016 and as a Senior Pensions Administrator at Watson Wyatt from 1996 to April 2000. Debbie's educational background includes studies at Staffordshire University from 2010 to 2014 and at the International Coaching Academy from 2008 to 2009, with earlier education completed at Tamar High School from 1983 to 1987.
