Wojciech Michalowski has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Wojciech began their career at ExperConsult as an intern in 1997 and eventually became a Project Manager in 2000. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, initially as a Consultant/Senior Consultant and then as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. In 2006, they assumed the position of Principal at the company. Since 2013, Wojciech has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Barlinek SA.

Wojciech Michalowski obtained a MSc. Eng. degree from Gdańsk University of Technology between the years 1993 and 1998. During this time, they focused on Marketing and Management, with specialization in Production Management & Controlling at the Technical University of Gdańsk.
