Daniela Amenta has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Responsabile amministrativo Area Fondi Immobiliari at InvestiRE SGR since May 2012. In this role, Daniela oversees a team of five accounting resources and is responsible for the accounting of both complex and large managed funds, as well as drafting management reports and interim financial statements for the funds. Daniela’s expertise includes handling the accounting for companies owned by the funds, ensuring compliance with Bank of Italy regulations regarding real estate funds, maintaining the register of subscribers, and managing relationships with fund custodians. Additional responsibilities encompass fulfilling tax obligations, staying updated on fiscal changes, preparing reports for regulatory bodies, and managing contractual agreements with property service providers involved in real estate management.
