Małgorzata Marszał-Tekielak has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Małgorzata is currently working as a Darkstore Operations Senior Shift Lead at BARBORA Polska since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at the same company as a Kierownik Centrum Dystrybucji ds. kompletacji from March 2022 to February 2023 and as a Specjalista ds. kompletacji from November 2021 to March 2022. Before joining BARBORA Polska, they briefly worked as a Shift Manager from October 2021 to November 2021.

Before their time at BARBORA Polska, Małgorzata gained significant experience at Tesco Dystrybucja, where they worked as a Kierownik zespołu magazynowego from August 2010 to September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tesco Polska as a Kierownik działu from June 2006 to July 2010. Małgorzata also has experience at Elea Polska Sp. z o.o., member of Auchan Retail Poland, where they worked as a Lider kas from July 2003 to June 2006. Małgorzata started their career at Ahold Polska Sp. z o.o. as a Kasjer sprzedawca from October 2001 to July 2003. Their earliest work experience was at Delikatesy S.C., where they worked as a Zastępca Kierownika Sklepu from September 1999 to March 2001.

Małgorzata Marszał-Tekielak earned a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Finanse i Bankowość from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Małgorzata then pursued their education at Katowice School of Economics from 2002 to 2006, earning a Magister (Mgr) degree in Międzynarodowe Stosunki Ekonomiczne.
