Jose Carlos Santiago is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Cidrines since April 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Plant Operations Manager at Messer Americas from March 2019 to May 2022.

Jose Carlos Santiago received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez between 1979 and 1985.
