Manish Kothari, P.Eng. is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as the Lead Electrical Engineer at Bantrel Co. since September 2013, Manish oversees the Suncor Energy Projects and leads the Suncor Base Plant Electrical team. Prior to this role, Manish was a Senior Electrical Engineer at SNC-Lavalin, where responsibilities included executing comprehensive FEED stage projects for PDVSA in Venezuela, focusing on power systems and hazardous area classifications. Earlier experience includes positions at Worley as an Electrical Engineer, where involvement in the Keystone XL Oil Pipeline project was significant, and as an Electrical Designer for diverse projects with notable companies. Manish began the career at The JNE Group of Companies, delivering electrical design solutions for Dofasco projects. Manish holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya, earned between 1988 and 1992.
