Janusz Miecznikowski is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Team Manager and DevOps Architect at Banqsoft since November 2015, where responsibilities include production solutions design, processes automation, 2nd line support for banking software, and software deployment. Previously, Janusz held various roles at Mott MacDonald Polska Sp. z o.o. from April 2006 to October 2015, including Senior Infrastructure Developer and Team Lead, focusing on user support, server and desktop OS administration, backup management, and IT project management across Europe Offices. Janusz holds a postgraduate degree in Integrated IT Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk, an engineer's degree in Computer Networks and Distributed Systems from Gdansk College of Health, and a master's degree in International Relations from the University of Gdansk.
