Katarzyna Dembska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, nutrition, and food sustainability. Currently serving as a Judge for MassChallenge Switzerland, Katarzyna previously held the role of Catalyst Program Director at the Global Entrepreneurship Centre, where leadership was provided for a startup accelerator program focused on international startups. Other notable positions include External and Guest Lecturer at JAMK University of Applied Sciences and Nutrition Advisor for the European Commission, contributing to projects that promote sustainable food choices. With a strong academic background that includes an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and degrees in Food Science and Dietetics from Università degli Studi di Firenze, Katarzyna has also managed significant research projects at the Barilla Foundation, enhancing knowledge in food sustainability and health.
