Nicola Hetherington is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Regional HR Business Partner at The Bannatyne Group since January 2021, having previously held the role of Regional HR Generalist. Prior to this, Nicola gained extensive retail management experience, including positions as Store Manager at Reiss from June 2016 to December 2020, and as Flagship Store Manager and Store Manager at AllSaints Retail Ltd from May 2015 to June 2016. Nicola also held management roles at Hobbs London, serving as Store Manager, Dual Site Manager, and Regional Training Mentor from February 2012 to May 2015, and as Assistant Manager at Monsoon Accessorize from September 2010 to February 2012. Nicola is currently pursuing an MSc in Human Resource Management (CIPD Level 7) at Northumbria University, where studies have been ongoing since 2018, and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the same institution in 2010.
