Sijy Hermen has work experience as an HR Manager at Empire Group of Hotels and as the Head of Human Resources at NKP Empire Ventures Pvt. Ltd since March 2018. Prior to that, Sijy worked in HR roles at GASCO from November 2011 to December 2017 and at PROCHEMIE CHEMICAL from October 2009 to October 2011.

Sijy Hermen attended St. Michaels Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School from 1992 to 2004, studying Business/Commerce. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Kannur University.
