Carol Van Rie is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global human resources management. As the Global HR Solution Director for HR TOM at ING, and previously as the Global HR Director at Veritas Petroleum Services, Carol has demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions on an international scale. Additionally, Carol founded Rieant Beheer BV, serving as an HR Consultant and HR Programme Manager. Previous roles include Global Human Resources Programme Director at Royal DSM and various leadership positions at Shell, focusing on international mobility and compliance. Carol holds a Master's degree in Labour Science from Université catholique de Louvain and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources & Organisation from Hoger Instituut voor Maatschappelijk en Cultureel Werk.
