Hwee Hong Koh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Senior Auditor at PwC in 2002. After that, they worked as an Internal Auditor and Corporate Accountant at Motorola from 2006 to 2008. Hwee Hong then joined OCBC Bank as a Product Controller from 2008 to 2010. They later moved to Credit Suisse, where they held various roles such as Senior Operations Risk Analyst, AVP, Business Risk Manager, and Senior Business Risk Manager from 2010 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Hwee Hong worked as a Director at Credit Suisse. Currently, they are Head of SG Front Office Risk Management at Bank of Singapore since March 2022. They will also take on the role of Head of Front Office Post-Onboarding Review starting from January 2024.

Hwee Hong Koh obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy from NBS Alumni Affairs, NTU between 1999 and 2002. Additionally, they have a Graduate Diploma in Language Interpretation and Translation from Nanyang Technological University.
