Robert Hanly is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the HR domain. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Allianz Ireland since January 2018, Robert previously held the position of Head of HR Services at FBD Insurance from 2009 to 2017. In this capacity, responsibilities included leading HR change projects and overseeing a team of HR Business Partners and support staff. Robert's earlier career includes significant roles at Grant Thornton as HR Manager and interim HR Director, and at EBS Building Society as Senior HR Business Partner. With advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and Applied Psychology from Dublin City University and Ulster University, respectively, Robert brings a strong educational background to their professional endeavors.
