Danny Ledger is an experienced researcher and UX professional with a strong background in product development and consumer behavior, currently serving as a Sr. Researcher at the Bank of New Zealand since September 2022. Previously, Danny held positions such as Associate Director of User Experience at IBM, focusing on research and design for major clients in the Asian banking sector, and UX Manager at Starshipit, contributing to the company's recognition on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2019 list. With a solid foundation in UX design and strategy, Danny has also mentored numerous students in UX skills, advanced research methodologies at Fiserv, and contributed to various roles in UX strategy and design across several organizations. Danny's academic qualifications include ongoing Master's studies in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business & Organisational Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design.
