Amy Okereke is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as the Head of Talent & Performance Management at Bank of Industry Limited since May 2017. With a background as an HR Business Partner at Cameron from January 2006 to April 2017, Amy has expertise in payroll administration, benefits and compensation, employee relations, and training and development. Responsibilities include managing payroll for over 250 employees using SAP, coaching on performance evaluations, and handling sensitive employee matters. Amy has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Robert Kennedy College and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
