Declan Graham is currently the Head of e-Rates Product at Bank of America, overseeing electronic rates product management within the FICC e-Trading & Strategic Investments group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Declan served at UBS from August 2013 to July 2023 as the Americas Head of Execution Quants, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on innovation in execution algorithms and liquidity solutions, as well as Global Head of Product Management for electronic execution platforms, managing a diverse range of financial products. Previous experience includes positions at Lab49 as Principal, Commerzbank AG as Senior Project Manager, and a progression of roles including Vice President, Associate, and Analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Declan holds a BA (Mod) in Information & Communications Technology from Trinity College Dublin, completed in 2003.
