Xinyan Tang is the Head of Customer Analytics at OCBC Bank, a position held since May 2003, overseeing a team focused on marketing-related MIS reporting, post-campaign analysis, customer segmentation, propensity modeling, and customer profitability at the group level. Prior to this, Xinyan served as a Vice President, establishing and managing an offshore analytics team in China for consumer banking analytics, and as an Assistant Vice President, providing business requirements and UAT testing for the AMP project. Xinyan's career began at Standard Chartered Bank, where roles included Senior Business Analyst, developing MIS reports for consumer banking, and Credit MIS Manager, responsible for credit MIS reporting and scorecard performance. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial & System Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a B.Sc. in Management Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
