Beatrice Fabiano serves as the Loan Operations Manager at Credito Fondiario since September 2016, specializing in asset management of non-performing loans (NPL) with a focus on both secured and unsecured positions. Responsibilities include analyzing positions in relation to collateral types, creating business plans based on legal specifics and recovery possibilities, collaborating with external legal counsel for credit recovery actions, and conducting property valuations for collateral assets, as well as negotiating extrajudicial settlements. Prior to this role, Beatrice Fabiano undertook a legal internship at a law firm from October 2016 to March 2018, and holds a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Sapienza Università di Roma, completed in 2015.
