Lisa Dructor has over 26 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as a Project Analyst for Branch and Contact Center Support at PSECU since April 2016, Lisa previously held the position of Branch/ATM/Deposit Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a decade at Metro Bank as an Electronic Banking Supervisor/Team Leader, where Lisa managed daily operations, employee development, and training in electronic banking functions. Earlier in Lisa's career, significant roles included Electronic Banking Associate, Proof and Statements Supervisor, Research Associate, Check Sorter Operator, and Proof Operator at Commerce Bank. Lisa graduated from Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School in 1994 with a diploma.
