Adam Strauch is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in gas and plant operations, project management, and engineering support. Currently serving as Manager of Engineering at Baltimore Gas and Electric, Adam provides technical leadership and oversight for capital projects in LNG and propane facilities. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Exelon, where Adam managed capital expenditures for the Maryland Peaking fleet, and Engineering Manager at Veolia North America, overseeing district energy systems in Baltimore. Adam's career began as an intern in various capacities at Constellation Energy and UniStar Nuclear Energy, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering from Virginia Tech.
