Jadon Kozin has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jadon started working as a Building Services employee at Northern Illinois University in May 2018, and they left the position in August 2018. In May 2019, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at MAC Automation Concepts, Inc. until August 2019. From January 2013 to June 2021, Jadon worked as a Woodworker at Kozin Woodworking.

In June 2021, Jadon joined Emerson as a Sales Application Engineer Co-op and held the position until December 2021. Jadon then joined Marquette University in August 2021 for a Senior Design Project, which concluded in May 2022. Jadon is currently working at Badger Meter as a Facilities Engineer Intern, starting in January 2022. In January 2023, they transitioned to the role of Facilities Engineer.

Jadon Kozin pursued their education at Marquette University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they attended Marengo Community Highschool, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
