Eric D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eric started their career in 2011 as a Vocational Specialist at West Central Behavioral Health and later moved on to work as a Residential Specialist and Team Leader I and Service Coordinator at Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont (HCRS). In 2015, they became a Quality Assurance Coordinator at HCRS before transitioning to the role of Workforce Readiness Coordinator at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in 2016. In 2019, Eric joined Springfield Medical Care Systems as the Director of Physician Practices, and in 2021, they served as the Store Manager at Area 51 Fireworks Superstore. Eric then became a Transition Counselor at HireAbility Vermont, supporting youth with disabilities in their transition to adulthood. After that, Eric worked as the Director of Human Resources at AA Urology and currently holds the same position at Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc.

Eric D. attended Green Mountain College from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.
