Deborah Hoback has extensive experience in software application development and engineering, currently serving as a Software Application Specialist at BHMI since January 2016. Prior to this role, Deborah worked at IBM from August 2003 to March 2015 as a Systems Engineer, focusing on creating clear user instructions by collaborating with software development, testing, and support teams. Deborah began their career at U S WEST, where from September 1988 to August 2003, as a Lead Software Engineer, Deborah specialized in the HP OpenView Suite of Applications, managing numerous IT/O agents across various platforms. Educationally, Deborah obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, following earlier studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and completing high school at Conestoga High School.
