Caroline Tootle Hayden is a seasoned marketing technology professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and technology management. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Technology Manager at Baker Donelson since July 2006, Caroline leads an award-winning team, focusing on developing comprehensive strategies and managing an integrated tech stack that includes website optimization, CRM, and marketing automation. Previously, Caroline held the position of Sr. Coordinator, Marketing Communications at Kilpatrick Stockton, where marketing strategies were executed for over 100 attorneys, and also gained initial experience at Powell Goldstein, progressing from intern to marketing and competitive intelligence roles. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Communications from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Wofford College.
