Steve Kim, PMP, has over 20 years of experience in IT and project management, currently serving as the Development Operations Manager at BakeMark since September 2006. Responsibilities include providing Level 3 support, managing Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments, overseeing domain services, and implementing critical IT projects such as Cloud Print services and data center migrations. Previous roles include Global IT Systems Administrator at CSM Bakery Solutions, where Steve managed VMware and Windows servers, and Senior Escalation Support at Linksys, providing technical support for networking products. Steve holds a B.S. in Telecommunications from Mt. Sierra College, a Project Management Certificate from Caltech, and additional training from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and New Horizon Learning Center.
