Abigail Timms, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience. Abigail began their career in 2015 as a Shift Supervisor at Blenders In The Grass. Start with an ice breaker or something to see how the group is doing then present an agenda. Keep it efficient but also create space for open conversation and brain storming. I love when people interact.
