Monoj Sasmal is a QA Engineer at Bajel Projects Ltd since July 2019, specializing in vendor inspection and evaluation, as well as preparing various quality assurance documents including Manufacturing Process Flow diagrams, CAPA, and Control Plans. Prior to this role, Monoj served as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at ROTOMAC ELECTRICALS PVT LTD from January 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities included inspection of NDT in welding joints and raw materials, as well as railway traction motor magnet frame inspections. Monoj holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (2014-2017) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from RAMAKRISHNA MISSION SHILPAMANDIRA BELURMATH (2010-2013). Monoj is also certified with ASNT NDT LEVEL II in Welding Quality from Trinity NDT - NABL Accredited NDT Labs, with training extending from 2015 to 2025.
