Hoang Pham is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at Feit Electric since June 2018, where responsibilities include supervising projects and engineering teams to ensure successful completion of key initiatives. Prior to this role, Hoang worked as an Electrical Engineer at Luminii from November 2015 to June 2018, completing a design project for a custom current regulator and leading a team in building luminaire prototypes. Hoang also has experience as a Radio Frequency Engineer at Tagore Technology, where a fully automated test system was created, enhancing testing efficiency, and evaluation of product performance was conducted in collaboration with senior engineers. Earlier in the career, Hoang held an internship at La Marche Manufacturing, focusing on lab testing and ensuring circuit board quality standards. Hoang holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry University, obtained in 2014.
