Rick Waxman

Marketing Director, Strategic Programs at BAI

Rick Waxman has a strong background in marketing and leadership roles within the financial services industry. Rick currently works as the Marketing Director, Strategic Programs at BAI, where they lead various initiatives to help the organization fulfill its mission and build its brand. Prior to this, Rick was the Head of Marketing at Financial Marketers from 2020 to 2022. Rick also has a significant tenure at TD, where they held various vice president and senior vice president positions in product marketing and marketing planning, focusing on different areas such as small business, commercial banking, wealth, consumer lending, and US bankcard. Before joining TD, Rick worked as a Vice President, Senior Account Manager at MasterCard Worldwide. Rick began their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they held the role of First Vice President. Rick has a track record of driving business growth, developing marketing campaigns, and generating revenue through innovative initiatives.

Rick Waxman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business & Resource Economics from the University of Maryland. Rick also holds a Product Management Certificate from the Schulich School of Business at York University. In 2018, they completed Board of Directors Training at United Way. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Leadership Essentials in April 2023 from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
