Bella Lewis currently serves as a Project Manager and Strategist at Backpack Communications, where expertise in developing tailored social media strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams has proven beneficial in enhancing client brand awareness. Concurrently, Bella engages in waitstaff and housekeeping at 4ur Ranch. Prior experiences include a role as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, where support was provided to first-year students, and an Analyst position at Sapphire Consulting, contributing to pro-bono projects for non-profits. At the YMCA of the North, Bella managed nature and science programming, creating enriching educational experiences for youth.
