Karolina Long, Chartered MCIPD, currently serves as the Compensation & Benefits Director at Werfen since November 2020, bringing extensive experience in various compensation and benefits and HR roles. Prior to this, Karolina worked at Abbott as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits from February 2012 to November 2020, and at Pegasystems as a Senior HR Generalist for the EMEA region from January 2010 to January 2012, where responsibilities included managing HR and C&B initiatives across multiple European countries with connections to the US and APAC. Earlier in the career, Karolina gained HR support experience at DHL from January 2008 to January 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Buckingham (2009-2010) and studies at Tennessee Tech University - College of Business (2006-2007).
