Josef Kaul serves as the Director of Growth at BabyQuip since November 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in program management and innovation. Previously, at Lyft from May 2019 to November 2023, Josef held multiple roles, including Group Manager, where oversight of a proactive driver onboarding program involved managing a team of 45 employees and 50 contractors. As Innovation Manager in Growth Product Operations, Josef was responsible for developing programs that enhanced driver and rider experiences through data-driven solutions. Prior experience includes directing programs at Hands On Nashville, managing sustainability initiatives and budgets, and leading public education on sustainability at the San Antonio River Authority. Josef holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Forestry from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Science in Sustainability Studies from Texas State University.
