Chris Ripley has extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving as Head of Payroll at Babcock International Group since August 2021. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Payroll Manager at Hampshire County Council from May 2018 to August 2021 and at Gattaca for a brief period in early 2018. Chris's career began at Sopra Steria, where a progressive trajectory included roles such as Deputy Payroll and Pensions Manager, Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Team Leader, Senior Payroll Officer, and Payroll Officer from January 2007 to December 2017. In the capacity of Payroll Team Leader, Chris was tasked with overseeing a team responsible for the payroll of seven NHS organizations, managing escalated issues, staff training, hiring, performance reviews, and timely payroll execution. Chris holds three A Levels in Accounting and Business Studies from Brockenhurst College and ten GCSEs from Noadswood School.
