Daisy Zayas has extensive experience in claims processing and advocacy, currently serving as a Claims Examiner at Sedgwick since February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Workers Claims Advocate at Babb, Inc. since March 2021, and a tenure as a Senior Claims Adjuster at Independence Blue Cross from February 1997 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, Daisy worked as a Claims Representative at TRISTAR Insurance Group from August 1994 to December 1997, specializing in workers' compensation claims across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. Daisy Zayas holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Community College of Philadelphia, completed in 1987, and a high school diploma from Mastbaum Jules E AVTS, awarded in 1984.
