Thomas Perkins has a solid work experience in the field of instructional design and training. Thomas has worked in various positions at different companies. At USI Insurance Services, they served as the Corporate Enterprise e-learning Team Lead, overseeing a team of e-Learning developers and managing the development process for courses. Prior to that, they worked as an E-learning Developer at the same company. At Fidelity Investments, Thomas worked as a Senior Instructional Designer, creating comprehensive learning content and engaging training simulations. Thomas also served as an Associate Program Manager and Senior Training Specialist at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they managed the Cornerstone Learning Management System, conducted training sessions, and designed and developed learning activities and course content.

Thomas Perkins has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University.
