Richard Betts is an experienced Health and Safety Inspector currently employed at B-hive Property Solutions since April 2022, previously holding the same title at HML Group from December 2021 to May 2022. Prior to these roles, Richard served as a Regional Learning Facilitator for John Lewis Partnership, where responsibilities included delivering learning interventions and evaluating their effectiveness. Richard's career at John Lewis began in November 2008, progressing through roles such as Section Manager and Resource Manager IT Level 4, and also included a secondment as a Google Trainer. Richard's education includes certifications in Occupational Safety and Health, Fire Safety, and National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, complemented by a recent FDIS qualification.
