Neil Patil has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Neil started their career as an Administrative Assistant Intern at American Environmental and Engineering Consultants in 2011, where they aided in designing and deploying the company's social media and assisted with engineering reports and filing project status reports and contracts.

In 2012, Neil worked as an Information Technology Intern at Boeing, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support to employees, helping with hardware/software transfers for former Argon ST employees, and cataloging and organizing IT hardware.

In 2013, Neil continued their internship at Boeing, this time as an Information Technology Intern, where they again provided desktop support, worked on asset management with Annual Physical Inventory, and assisted with transferring hardware/software for former Argon ST employees.

From 2014 to 2015, Neil was a Student Engineer Intern at Boeing, where they assisted systems engineers in redlining assembly drawings, created Engineering Change Notices, developed and ran test procedures for hardware spares, and worked with the Defense Contract Management Agency for spares sell-off to the US Navy.

Starting in 2017, Neil became a System Engineer at Boeing, responsible for assessing the impact of proposed hardware and software integration on Signals Intelligence systems. Neil collaborated in cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring all possible impacts were accounted for, and presented findings to the customer while managing customer feedback into resolutions.

Most recently, in 2022, Neil joined Azure Summit Technology as a System Engineer. No specific end date is provided for this role.
