Christopher Conover has a strong background in journalism and media with experience at various organizations. Christopher started their career in 2000 as a News Director at WFSU Public Media/Florida Public Radio Network where they managed a three-person network newsroom, two-person local newsroom, and handled budgeting and assignment editing responsibilities. Additionally, they hosted a call-in show and regularly reported news. In 2002, Conover joined The Florida Channel as a News Anchor/Documentary Producer/Newsroom Manager. Christopher anchored a live TV show on the Florida Legislature and government, produced documentaries for PBS affiliates, and served as part of the newsroom management team. Finally, Conover currently works at Arizona Public Media, starting in 2005 as a Reporter and now serving as the News Director.
