Lynda Clarke currently serves as the Vice President of Content Grant Management at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, a position held since May 2021, following a freelance role as a Public Media Consultant from March 2020 to May 2021. Prior to this, Lynda had a long tenure at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting from 2003 to 2020, where responsibilities included oversight of grants in the TV Content & Innovation department and strategic planning for public television programming. Lynda's career also includes experience as a Production Executive and Consultant in TV and film production from 1995 to 2003, and as an Entertainment Paralegal at various law firms, during which time contracts, copyright applications, and clearance matters were managed for clients like Wrather Corporation and Dick Clark Company. Additionally, Lynda has held the position of Director of Business Affairs at Dick Clark Productions. Academic credentials include an M.A. in Communications with a focus on TV and Film and a Bachelor's degree in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcasting, both from San Diego State University.
