Roman Buzaker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in health and wellness, particularly within the cannabidiol industry. As the Chief Operating Officer and Founder of AyurCann since June 2018, Roman has built a lifestyle company focused on health and wellness products, emphasizing post-harvest manufacturing. Concurrently, Roman co-founded XTRX Solutions, specializing in the processing and fulfillment of cannabidiol-based products. Prior to these roles, Roman co-founded Keftech Group Inc., where responsibilities included devising marketing strategies for growth. As COO and Co-Founder of Online Partners LTD, and Co-Owner/CFO of Metropolitan Movers, Roman played a pivotal role in transforming the latter from a local operation into a nationwide franchise recognized among the top global franchises by Entrepreneur magazine in 2016. Roman's early career included a position as Senior Business Developer at A.B Consulting. Roman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from The Open University of Israel and an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Holtz College in Tel Aviv.
