Lauren Kirkham is a seasoned professional with a background in recruitment and admissions. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Ayers Basement Systems since February 2020, Lauren previously held the position of Technical Recruiter at OtterBase from 2019 to early 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Admissions Representative at Olivet College from April 2015 to August 2018, where responsibilities involved organizing recruitment events and promoting the college at high schools and college fairs. Earlier in career, Lauren worked as a Customer Service Representative at Celink from May 2014 to February 2015, assisting borrowers with home repair needs.
