Claudia Bussmann has extensive experience in Human Resources and education. Claudia is currently the Head of Human Resources at Renggli AG, where they are responsible for the overall HR operations and strategy. Claudia has led various projects such as ensuring pay equality and implementing new HR policies. Prior to that, Claudia worked as an instructor and expert in various educational institutions and Swiss Exams HRSE. Claudia also served as the Head of Personnel at Schweizer Electronic AG. Throughout their career, Claudia has demonstrated their expertise in HR management, compensation, and administration.

Claudia Bussmann's education history includes various qualifications and degrees. In 2018 to 2019, they studied at the KV Luzern Berufsakademie, where they obtained a Dipl. HR-Leiterin NDS HF degree. Claudia also pursued a degree as a Personalfachfrau FA at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
