Alexandru Popescu-Moscu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical consultation and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Technical Consultant at Axway since July 2010, specializing in implementing MFT solutions and developing custom flows. In addition, Alexandru leads a team of nine in the Managed File Transfer Support division, focusing on customer satisfaction and technical issue resolution. Prior roles include Senior Manager Customer Support and Transfer CFT Support Team Leader, with a strong foundation in technical support from previous positions at Oracle and Vialuna Technology. Alexandru holds a Master's degree in Databases and Business Support and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
