Previously, Nathália worked as a Senior Consultant in Customer Experience at Noesis, focusing on customer journey mapping and digital product usage metrics in the education sector. At XP Inc., Nathália held the title of Product Owner for Customer Experience, where leadership in discovery stages, journey design, and continuous improvement was emphasized. During a decade at Cortex, Nathália advanced through roles such as Customer Experience Leader, Customer Success Coordinator, and Project Manager, excelling in customer journey mapping, team management, and data-driven decision-making. Nathália is pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing & Data Science at FIAP, having previously earned a Bachelor's in International Relations from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
