Paul Munson is an experienced professional in workforce management, currently serving as a Specialist, Team Lead, and Project Manager at Axsium Group since October 2020. Paul demonstrates expertise in leading teams and implementing customized workforce strategies, engaging in various project phases including business process engineering, business analysis, requirements gathering, system specification, and reporting. Prior to Axsium Group, Paul held roles at Marks and Spencer as a Forecasting Manager and at Sainsbury's in various capacities including Kronos System & Forecasting Analyst and Project Management Support. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from the University of Reading and has a strong analytical background with significant experience in managing complex data and leading project initiatives.
