MC Chin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. They started their career as a Business Development Executive at Adroit Innovation in May 1996. They then moved to NCS Group in 1997, where they worked in Business Development until 1999. Following this, Chin joined Standard Chartered Bank and worked in Cards Marketing from 1999 to 2001. Chin then joined AXS Pte Ltd in 2001, initially as an Assistant CEO and later became the CEO of AXS Services starting from January 2024.

MC Chin attended the National University of Singapore from 1993 to 1996, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study.
