Alver Jame Alvarez has extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as a CAD and BIM Customer Representative and Director of Service Delivery Assistant at Axiom since November 2020, Alver previously owned Kuya's Mushroom Products Trading from April 2019 to November 2020. Prior to that, significant roles at Telstra from January 2015 to April 2019 included Demand Synthesis Manager, Sales and Coaching Capability Lead, and Customer Insights Lead. Alver also held the position of Customer Insights Lead at TeleTech Philippines, along with experience as a Sales Supervisor and Consultant at Author Solutions, LLC, and as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys. Academic pursuits continue at the University of the Philippines Los Baños since June 2006.
