Sergey Raber is an experienced business leader with a strong background in telecommunications and technology. Currently serving as COO EMEA at AXESS Networks since January 2020, Sergey previously held the position of COO at Central European Telecom Services GmbH from February 2006 to January 2020. With a foundation in research and development as a Scientist at Fraunhofer FOKUS from September 1997 to January 2006, and earlier experience as an Engineer at Optima Group, Sergey possesses a diverse skill set. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, obtained between 2009 and 2013, and a diploma in Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University), completed in 1997.
