Van Loock Rik has extensive experience in credit operations and collections, currently serving as a Senior Expert in both areas at AXA Bank Belgium since January 2014. Previously, Van Loock held managerial roles at AXA Bank Europe from 2000 to 2013, including Manager of Shared Services and Policies & Projects Manager. Early career experience includes positions as Collection Manager at Anhyp and Collection Officer at Citibank Belgium. Van Loock has formal education in SAS Business Intelligence from the SAS Institute and a degree from Hogeschool Antwerpen.
