Tony Lipsky possesses extensive experience in the banking industry, specializing in small business and consumer lending. Currently serving as the Director of Small Business and Consumer Loans at Woodforest National Bank since January 2016, Tony is responsible for aligning departmental strategic plans with the bank’s objectives and implementing target goals. Previously, Tony held the position of VP of Portfolio Risk Analytics at Comerica Bank from October 2004 to January 2016, where responsibilities included managing portfolio risk, developing analytical reports, and collaborating with quantitative modeling teams. Earlier in Tony's career, from 1994 to 2004, roles at Citizens Banking Corporation included Consumer and Small Business Loan Risk Manager, where significant contributions were made to risk assessment improvements and the development of lending processes. Tony has demonstrated expertise in scorecard management, underwriting guidelines, and portfolio management throughout a progressive career.
